Return Policy for Items/Boxes the Vendor Receives Damaged:
Please inspect the boxes when you receive them and report any exterior visual damage you may see to the freighting/shipping driver before you sign for them. Then immediately notify us. We will discuss the options to take care of this.

Return Policy for Items the Customers Receive Defective:
If a customer receives a defective item, missing parts, etc.  please notify us after the customer notifies you.  If we can send them a part, we will do so.  If they want full credit for the item, we will authorize a credit to you.  We may like to have the item returned to us. We suggest you allow us to do a call tag to the customer's address, so they don't have to return it to you, and then to us.

Return Policy for Unsold Items:
If you have unsold items, you can ship them back at your expense, provided it is an item that we still sell, and that it can be resold. We will issue you a full credit check (minus the minor fees below) within 15 days after receiving the product back. We will issue the credit for the current wholesale price of the items (not necessarily the price you paid).  

Restocking Fees: 
If we deem the master carton to be dirty, scratched, etc. enough to repack the items in new cartons, we will subtract from your credit check a $3 fee per master carton.  
If we deem the individual display boxes to be dirty, scratched, etc. enough to repack the item in new white individual boxes, we will subtract from your credit check $5 per box.
These fees still apply if the boxes came damaged during the freight trip back to us.
